VOLUNTEERS
The goal of the volunteer programme is to utilise volunteers in expanding existing services, initiate new programmes and provide general assistance according to the needs Uzwelo Home. Screened and informed volunteers will be utilised depending on the interests and expertise of the volunteer and the needs of the organisation.
Can you assist children with homework?
Can you teach children a new skill such as sewing, knitting, welding?
Can you assist with maintenance tasks of the buildings, premises and vehicles?
Can you arrange a fundraising event or sponsor birthday and Christmas celebrations?
Can you deliver food parcels?
Can you act as a spiritual mentor for children?
